In Kharkiv will be held a children’s International Music Camp with the participation of the American conductor Constance Fortunato.
Constance Fortunato is not the first year working with children in the Ukraine. Spending camp in Kharkiv, she was invited to the conference of EdCamp Ukraine in 2015.
“For our city, with its proximity to the zone of the ATO, with many immigrant children, with its diversity of cultures and nations, Music Camp is exactly what you need to combine the city”, – says Alexander Elkin, the co-organizer of the camp.
Music Camp will be held from 2 to 6 April. During this time, participants will engage in choral singing, as well as learn the basics of playing the guitar, violin, cello, flute and clarinet. On the 7th of April will be held the final concert where children accompanied by a symphony orchestra will perform the classic national and world-famous works in different languages.
It is currently being set for young musicians.
Music Camp International was organized in Ukraine in 2003. It was held in Kyiv, Lviv, Stryi, Zaporozhye, Odessa, Vinnitsa, Voznesensk and other towns.
