Classics
Lviv
Seasonal or off-seasonal time doesn’t exist for this city. Lviv is a city where almost everyone goes for the weekend. To arrive at six in the morning and walk from the station to the center on foot. To walk narrow streets. To listen to the trumpeters at Market Square. To climb the City Hall for the hundredth time. To bypass all known patios and find the unknown ones. To check whether the new poems appeared on the walls. To wait in the line at Kryivka and Gasova Liampa [eng. – Kerosene Lamp] and to have a meal. To visit Kavovi Kopalyny [eng. – Coffee Mines] and to buy something in memory of the trip: coffee, tea, a book, a card – it isn’t important. To come out to the terrace, where it is warm even in winter. If you are lucky, you can even see someone performing. And to walk, to walk, to walk the streets of Lviv, until you discover something new.
Nature
Sofiivka
The town of Uman in Cherkasy region is known for its park, which belongs to the monuments of world landscape architecture. And while the leaves are still on the trees and everything looks fabulously colored, you need to go to Sofiivka. Though it never lacks in visitors at any season. The park was founded by Stanislaw Potocki in honor of his wife Sophia (hence the name came) and was presented to her it in 1802 on the Saint’s day. The idea to create a park in the romantic style with the elements of ancient mythology belonged to Sophia, who was Greek by birth. It is one of the seven wonders of Ukraine and it is opened to the public until 15 November. Then winter comes here.

Stone Village
Unique geological reserve in Zhytomyr region surprises by the single fact that there are huge boulders, one of which always stays warm. They are situated in a dense forest, and the place is considered mystical. According to the legend, these stones once were people. However, God punished them for greed. He came down, looked around – and the whole village petrified. He even left his footprint on one of the stones. People believe that this stone brings health and makes dreams come true. In fact, there are two hypothesis of how the tract appeared. According to one version, the huge stones were brought with a glacier. According to another, there were once mountains that disappeared with time.
Stone Village is located 2 kilometers away from the village of Rudnia-Zamyslovetska, 27 kilometers away from Olevsk, and 260 kilometers away from Kyiv. A reference point is a wooden bridge outside the village, where you must turn right.
